Drone Built by Duke Students Creates 3D Map

Professor Maurizio Forte shared a video created by a drone — built by our Bass students and coordinated by Professor Michael Zavlanos — that shows an example of 3D automatic mapping of indoor and outdoor environments. The drone is part of Dr. Forte's work in cyberarchaeology technologies.
